This information explains the Winnipeg website enquiry form and optional analytics. Protected previews and local development forms remain simulations unless a controlled test is explicitly enabled.
Service enquiries
The production form collects your name, telephone number, selected service, community and any message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss service arrangements. Submitting the form requests a service-related reply; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send passwords, access codes, payment details or identification documents.
Form processing and email
Enquiries are sent to Formspree and notifications are delivered to doorforcewinnipeg@gmail.com. Formspree processes and stores submissions; copies may also be held in our Gmail inbox. Formspree hosts its services in the United States, so information is processed outside Canada. The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical connection and security information. Winnipeg form submissions are not sent to the Montréal CRM or Media Agent.
Analytics, preferences and maps
Optional Google Analytics, when enabled on this website, loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, telephone-link clicks and form enquiries accepted by Formspree. A telephone-link click does not confirm a completed call. We do not send your name, telephone number, email address or enquiry text to analytics. Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers and processes technical information about your browser and visits, including scrolling on pages; Google may process this information outside Canada. Our Google Analytics event-data retention setting is 14 months. This setting does not determine how long Google keeps standard aggregated reports and is separate from the retention of your service enquiry. Advertising tracking is disabled. You can decline analytics and still use all contact options. Privacy preferences in the footer lets you change your choice, which is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics on this browser and removes its accessible analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. Saving a choice does not activate analytics while measurement is disabled. The Google map loads only when you choose Load Google map. Google may then receive connection information such as your IP address. You can read service-area information without loading the map.
Who can access enquiries
Access to submissions is restricted to the business owner and specifically authorized personnel who need the information to provide customer service.
Retention and review
Formspree submission history follows the retention settings of our existing plan. Customer enquiries that do not become jobs are retained in Gmail for up to 12 months, with a monthly review and deletion process. Records relating to completed jobs may be retained separately where necessary for service, warranty, accounting or legal obligations. Deletion from accessible systems does not mean that provider backups are immediately erased.
Access, correction and deletion requests
The business owner handles privacy requests at doorforcewinnipeg@gmail.com. You may request access, correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed and identity is reasonably verified before action is taken. Personal information no longer required will be deleted from accessible systems. We will explain any legally required retention or provider backup limitations. Do not attach identification documents in your first message. There is no automatic deletion tool on this website, and submitting a request does not confirm that deletion is complete.
